Terms of purchase

1. Who is selling

2. What you are buying

A digital 4K portrait: a print-ready file at about 300 dpi, without watermark, created individually from your uploaded photo and chosen style. We ship no physical goods - you can print the file at any print shop.

3. How ordering works

• You upload a photo, pick a style and background, and leave your e-mail - the preview is free, in about a minute.
• The preview is shown with a watermark (1000 px); it may not be used without an order. You can create several previews in different styles for free; the number is limited to prevent abuse.
• You unlock the preview you like: pick add-ons and pay the stated amount. The contract is concluded upon payment.
• After payment a human checks the portrait: likeness, hands, details and your notes. If something is off - we fix it rather than hand it over.
• You receive the final 4K file without watermark by e-mail within 24 hours of payment (with the rush add-on - within 4 hours, 8am-10pm CET).

4. Price and payment

Base price: $39.90 for the digital 4K portrait (one person, head and shoulders, studio background). Add-ons - an extra person or pet, full-body, a custom background, a second style, a rush 4K - are shown before payment and included in the total. The price is final; VAT is not charged (the seller is not a VAT payer). It includes the preview, human review, the dedication inscription and revisions.

Payment is made up front via Stripe (cards and local payment methods) only after you have seen and approved the preview yourself. If the payment system is temporarily unavailable, we e-mail you a payment link.

Prices are never inflated with invented "previous" prices - any discount applies to the price in this table.

5. Timelines

• Preview - in about a minute (usually 20-60 s).
• Final 4K file - within 24 hours of payment; with the rush add-on - within 4 hours if paid between 8am and 10pm CET (otherwise within 4 hours from 8am).
• If we miss the rush deadline, the rush add-on is refunded.
• If a deadline slips, we write to you first - you won't be left waiting in silence.

6. Revisions

Revisions after payment are free until the result matches the approved preview and your notes: background, colours, details, clothing, dedication, likeness. Revisions use the same style version, so the face will not change.

What we can't do: a different photo within the same order, a different style (that's a new artwork), or "make it prettier" without specifics - we deliberately do not beautify or de-age faces.

7. Refunds and the 14-day right

Instead, we give you three concrete things:

• A preview before payment - you see the result, not a promise. Don't like it - don't pay, that's it.
• If you paid and the final 4K file does not match the preview you approved - we fix it, and if we cannot, we refund the full amount within 14 days to the same account.
• If you find a technical defect in the file (e.g. a print artifact) - we fix it for free; it doesn't count as a revision.

8. What photos may be uploaded

Upload only your own photos or those of people who agreed; children's - parents or guardians only. We do not fulfil orders that infringe copyright, use trademarks or request offensive content. Such orders are cancelled and refunded.

9. Copyright

You may use the purchased portrait freely for personal purposes: print it, gift it, post it on social media. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. We will only show the work in our portfolio if you separately agree.

10. Disputes

Write to us first - most things are resolved the same day. Failing that, you may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or the EU dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Lithuanian law applies; this does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
